Our partners of the Lokel Market are serving the community affected by COVID-19 in the way we know best - providing meal care packages made with Lokel Love.

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected many of our lives and has caused uncertain times.   There are members of our community on the frontlines of the pandemic to keep us safe and health. There are those who are homeless who have limited access to essential resources. There are families and friends who have been impacted with unemployment and other circumstances out of our control. What gives us hope is that our support, compassion, and unity as a community will guide us through this time.

With every $8 donation, our partners can put together a meal kit to be donated to our healthcare workers on the frontline, the homeless, and affected families. Together, we can give comfort foods to enjoy in these uncomfortable times. Together, we can uplift our community.

Donations to date have gone to Pauly’s Project, The People Concern, UCLA Harbor, Cedars Sinai, East LA Doctors Hospital, Providence Holy Cross Medical Center, and more.
