Lokel Newsletter 7/6

As children are detained in cages and protests for Black lives and racial equity continue around the country, it’s hard to celebrate America as the land of the free. So instead, we at Lokels took this week to reflect, repurpose, and serve the community the best way we know how: through creativity, hospitality, quality, and camaraderie!
Iced Above, owned by two powerhouse women, blessed us with their ready-to-party Michelada kits that are insanely delicious. Our food vendors came through and had a little something for everybody: a refreshing chia seed bowl by Morning Bird; healthy salads and addictive empanadas from Quito; wings from Fly Chick; and, Papa Panchos' ridiculously scrumptious battered fish and shrimp tacos. We got you for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner. We also launched our Lokel Eats concept by working with our in-house chef to bring you food sprinkled with Lokels love such as our 2nd & Los Angeles street dog by Bunso's Chef Don!
From bouquets for loved ones to guacamole or July 4th boxes for the quarantine BBQs, we love serving you, sharing our passion and creation, and bringing people together. We see the Yelp and Google reviews, Facebook recommendations, and IG story tags, and we love all of the positive feedback and seeing you have a great time with us. Cheers to another week here in Little Tokyo!
